After breakfast, check out and begin the journey towards Lake Naivasha.

Before leaving Nairobi, the family will have an opportunity to experience one of the city's key conservation attractions, depending on the day's operating schedule.

The recommended experience is the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, where the family can learn about elephant rescue, rehabilitation and conservation.

Continue towards the Great Rift Valley.

A scenic stop will be made at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, allowing the family to appreciate the dramatic escarpment and take photographs.

Continue to Lake Naivasha and check into Enashipai Resort & Spa.

After lunch, the afternoon will be relaxed at the resort.

If the timing permits, the family may enjoy an optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha, offering opportunities to see hippos and a variety of waterbirds.

Lake Naivasha → Hell's Gate → Crescent Island → Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart for Hell's Gate National Park, one of the most suitable destinations in Kenya for an active family experience.

The park is characterized by dramatic cliffs, volcanic formations, gorges and open grasslands.

The family will enjoy an active exploration of the park, with the exact activity selected according to the children's ages, weather and park conditions.

Wildlife that may be encountered includes:

Zebra • Giraffe • Buffalo • Warthog • Antelope • Birdlife

The experience gives the children an opportunity to learn about Kenya's volcanic landscape while experiencing wildlife outside the conventional safari-vehicle setting.

After the Hell's Gate experience, proceed for lunch.

Later, continue to Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for a guided walking experience among wildlife.

This provides a particularly memorable family experience, with opportunities to see giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and other plains animals while learning about animal behaviour and the surrounding ecosystem.

Return to Enashipai Resort in the evening.

After breakfast, check out and depart Lake Naivasha for the Maasai Mara.

The journey takes the family from the Great Rift Valley into the vast savannah landscapes of the Mara ecosystem.

Upon arrival, check into Zebra Plains Mara Camp and enjoy lunch.

In the afternoon, begin the family's first Maasai Mara game drive.

The Mara is renowned for its exceptional concentration of wildlife, and depending on the day's sightings, the family may encounter:

The guide will introduce the children to the Mara ecosystem, explaining animal behaviour, predator-prey relationships and the importance of conservation.

Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart for a full-day safari in the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

The morning game drive provides the family with an opportunity to explore the reserve's diverse habitats and search for Kenya's iconic wildlife.

The safari will focus not simply on seeing animals but on helping the children understand the ecosystem.

The guide can introduce them to:

• Predator and prey relationships

• Elephant and other animal family structures

• Wildlife communication

• Animal tracks and behaviour

• The role of different species within the ecosystem

• Conservation and habitat protection

A picnic lunch will be enjoyed during the day's safari at an appropriate designated location before continuing with the afternoon game drive.

Return to camp in the late afternoon.

Later, the family will visit a Maasai community for a cultural experience, learning about traditional homes, livestock, clothing, beadwork, music, dance and the community's relationship with the land.

Return to camp for dinner. For an enhanced evening, a Maasai Mara sundowner or bush dinner may be arranged according to the family's preference and the camp's arrangements.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Maasai Mara.

Return to camp for check-out and depart by private 4×4 Land Cruiser.

The family will travel by road from the Maasai Mara to Amboseli, experiencing the changing landscapes of Kenya along the way.

This overland journey is an important part of the safari experience and avoids introducing an unnecessary domestic flight into the itinerary. 

Lunch will be arranged en route.

Upon arrival in Amboseli, check into Praro Amboseli and settle in.

Depending on the arrival time, an introductory evening game drive may be arranged.

Amboseli is particularly famous for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, weather permitting.

Return to the lodge for dinner.

After breakfast, depart for a full-day safari in Amboseli National Park.

Lunch may be arranged as a picnic during the safari or at the lodge, depending on the family's preferred arrangement.

If weather conditions are clear, the day can conclude with a Kilimanjaro-view sundowner, creating a memorable final safari evening.

A bush dinner may also be arranged as an optional special family experience.

Return to Praro Amboseli for the night.

Enjoy an early breakfast before checking out.

Depending on the family's international flight schedule, a short final game drive may be arranged before departing Amboseli.

The family will then travel by private 4×4 Land Cruiser from Amboseli to Nairobi.

Lunch will be arranged en route. Upon arrival in Nairobi, proceed directly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for the international departure.

If the international flight is scheduled late enough to allow additional time in Nairobi, a short final activity may be arranged subject to timing.
